Explosives recovered
  A stock of gelignite rods that was being transported from Colombo to Mannar has been apprehended. They were taken into custody when a private bus was searched. Four persons too were arrested. Police believe that the explosives may have been transported for the use of the tiger organization.

Price of gas to go down, says Gazprom top executive
